Once the claim is approved we schedule permanent restoration works at a time that suits tenants or homeowners. Our services include
- Complete rewiring of fire affected or water damaged circuits including switchboards, RCD protection and earthing systems
- Replacement of smoke alarms, emergency lighting and exit signage to meet AS 2293 and NCC requirements
- Reinstallation of power points, light fittings, ceiling fans and data outlets to match the original specification
- Installation of surge protection devices, fault finding on hidden wiring faults and full compliance testing under AS NZS 3000
final test results are logged and a Certificate of Electrical Safety is issued on completion.
