Recent project: Civmec, Nautical Drive, Henderson
Civmec engaged us for a new shed at 16 Nautical Drive, Henderson, delivered across three jobs between February and April 2023. The electrical and data fit-out (job 31700) included mechanical protection for the mains conduit, two switchboards with circuit legends, high-bay lighting, power outlets including a dedicated 15 amp outlet for a water boiler, connection of the hot water system, WC lighting, sensors and exhaust fans with ducting, and emergency lighting testing with a logbook. For the store shed office and kitchen area (job 31823), we supplied and installed four 5 kW Mitsubishi Heavy Industries split systems, including pipework and commissioning. To finish (job 32369), we ran CAT6 cabling from the comms cabinet in the workshop shed and mounted wifi devices on the new shed and the existing fabrication shed to create a wireless bridge between the two buildings.
